Grand Bella Palace

We didn't get the service we paid for, and breakfast wasn't included. The room felt cramped even for three people, and it was itchy. There was rubbish on the floor, and the water was so cold it seemed like there was no heater. It's far from Ankara airport and the well-known tourist spots. I don't recommend it.

The rooms were extremely dirty, and noise carried right through the hotel because the doors and walls seemed so thin. In the morning, the noise outside never let up. There are brothels nearby, and the street behind the hotel had strange characters around. There wasn't much else around either. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location worked well, but there was no parking and it cost us extra. The staff were nice and met our needs without being disrespectful. Still, the comfort and decency in the pictures weren't what we found. Hygiene was average, the outside towels didn't feel hygienic, and the door didn't lock, so security felt extremely poor. Only one of the two power outlets worked. There was hot water, though I had to wash with cold water. Dogs staying there kept me awake, and I wish they'd had a shelter so we could sleep peacefully. The noise from the spoons and bells was enough to save us the cost of a nightclub. It was a bit of a BELLA hotel, not a BELLA hotel. We had a bit of a sleep-in-the-dark experience. Even so, I'd recommend it to people who want to come. Life is about experience. May they be well.

We had to find somewhere quickly, and the high rating is why we picked it. The room had a really strong cigarette smell and no ventilation window. There was also a cupboard door inside that looked out onto all the drainpipes from the other rooms. It's near brothels. We stayed because we had to, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you absolutely need a place.
