Before I'd even started my military service, the warm welcome from the receptionist and the way the hotel staff treated customers made me feel like I'd found a second family. They looked after us like their own children. Our room was clean, too. If you're ever in Polatlı, I'd highly recommend staying here. Lots of love to the whole team! ✋

My wife, children, and I found Defne Hotel through Google while traveling from Samsun to Izmir, and stayed for a night. It was spotlessly clean and family-run, a place I hadn't known about before. We missed breakfast, but the staff cheerfully prepared a lovely meal for us anyway. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and we were very pleased as a family. I'd gladly visit again and highly recommend it to everyone. May God bless them and grant them success in their work.

We spent two days here as a family and felt completely at home. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. Defne Hotel has become our second home in Polatlı. A special thanks to Mr. Faysal for helping us with everything, and thank you to Mr. Faysal Yıldırım.

Mr. Faysal made our stay especially pleasant. He was warm, polite, and quick to take care of every request. We were very happy with the Defne Hotel while staying there from Kuşadası for our soldier. 👏🌸

We stopped here to get some rest on our trip. The central location worked well, and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and ready to help, and we felt the price was fair for what we got.
