Grannos Thermal Hotel & Convention Center

The food was cold and extremely low quality, and the watermelon served during dining hours was rotten. Drinks were charged even during dinner, there were no water bottles in the room, and I found only two water dispensers in the whole building. In the heat, that was frustrating. At 4 AM I had to go four floors down and buy a bottle from the third party market just to get a drink. There wasn't much to do after 8 PM. No entertainment, the thermal pools were closed, and the tiny arcade had worn, broken machines. The bathroom had ants and other insects, and the towels were dirty and stained. Service was horrible. The hotel's behavior was disgusting, and I strongly advise vacationers to go somewhere else.

Two friends came from abroad just two days ago and used the spa here. The service was really zero. Nobody paid attention to them or their requests. It wasn't worth the money, and they regretted spending their time there.

Service was really slow, and the staff weren't friendly. While I was sitting there, one staff member even cursed at another guest. How can you run a hotel like this?

We were only here for a few hours as a stop on a road trip. It's a very large hotel, far from the city and out in the middle of nowhere. We used the spa, pool, and hamman. Only one employee spoke English, but the staff were welcoming and friendly. The thermal pool was nice, and the hammam was amazing. The lockers and shower rooms need maintenance. Food was a real letdown after the spa. The restaurant had closed by the time we finished, so we ordered from the lobby bar instead. Our plates took an hour and a half, and it was difficult to communicate with them. We were disappointed after such a nice spa experience.
