Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety. Everything else about this stay was far below five-star level, with constant problems, poor cleanliness, and no customer care. I spent four nights in the top-floor suite, the most expensive room, and it was a nightmare. The fabrics smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there was a sewage odor in the bathroom. The jacuzzi was broken and wasn’t fixed until the third day, after dozens of calls. The thermostat didn’t work, so the room stayed at 27°C and I couldn’t sleep. I called 15 times and six or seven technicians came, but none spoke English and nobody fixed it. They finally changed my room on the third day, and the air conditioning worked there. The booking was for three people, but the room was set up for two. The extra bed was just a thin mattress on a wooden board, unacceptable for a five-star hotel, or even a hostel. Cleaning was poor: the floor was dusty, dirty cups were left behind, the table had stains, and an empty toilet paper roll was never replaced. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings, and they kept leaving only two bathrobes despite our complaints. The staff barely spoke English, which made everything frustrating. Never again.

The pool was closed for renovation while I was there. I stayed two nights, and after midnight on the first night there was a huge noise in the corridor for about 4-5 minutes. The room itself was very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a nice stay.

The private pool and Thai massage were both highlights for us, and there’s even a Starbucks inside the hotel, handy for coffee or a snack. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. Holiday Inn Çukurambar works very well for families. There are lots of amenities for kids, including a PlayStation room that kept ours busy for hours. The staff were professional and helpful, and service, location, and cleanliness were all outstanding. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

The room was clean and tidy, the windows kept outside noise out, and the staff were friendly. I only stayed one night, but I really liked the breakfast. The main issue was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink. It wasn’t too strong, but it was still disturbing. I didn’t tell management at first because I had plans to meet friends that evening. Before I left, an employee responsible for customer relations asked about my stay, and I mentioned it. She was very kind and offered a takeaway lunch for my flight, which was a nice gesture, though it was only dry cookies and not much of a lunch. I expected better. It’s a nice, safe hotel, but given what it offers, it seems expensive to me.
