Hotel Sema

The location is nice, but the place offers no services and treats you like you’re beneath ordinary. My room was tiny, around 6 meters even though the website says 30, and the blanket was too small 😿 The rooms are unclean, there’s no internet, and water drips from the bathroom upstairs. When you try to go online, they say the internet hasn’t been paid for. It’s absurd. This was a terrible experience, and I’ll never return. Hate, hate, hate.

I’d suggest choosing another hotel. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms, even though I had reserved one. I think they made a mistake. I couldn’t get a refund when I tried to cancel, and despite the hotel clearly having made an error, they wouldn’t let me use the room. I had to pay extra and stay in a different room. It’s also inconveniently located, far from the train station, so it’s not suitable for travelers.

The lift didn’t work, and the staircase was barely lit. Our room smelled, and there was a bathtub sitting unattached in the room in front of the bathroom, full of stuff that may have been trash. There was no light in the bathroom. We asked to change rooms, but were told that none of the rooms in the hotel currently had a bathroom light.

Don’t come here! We were given two bad rooms, and the whole stay was horrible. The hotel is very old and unclean, with no service at all, not even breakfast. Our room smelled of smoke, the only cupboard was dirty and broken, and the beds were small and uncomfortable. The rooms themselves were tiny. The bathroom was awful and smelled bad, with very old fixtures and some kind of bugs or insects, I don’t know what. They’re doing renovation work but still want to accommodate people. Some visitors had renovated rooms, so it felt unfair that we got two bad ones. My son has a small daughter, and his room smelled really bad. The employees were uncooperative. I was disappointed, and I think any other hotel would be better. Don’t come here!
