The children were treated with patience and friendliness by the staff, which made our family feel welcome. We all felt comfortable during our stay, and the spacious rooms meant we weren't cramped. The room was cleaned regularly every day, and the attention to cleanliness was clear. Knowing it was a safe environment for children reassured us too. One of the best memories from our holiday was staying at this hotel.

We left for another hotel before we'd even been there an hour. The place was disgraceful, including the hygiene and the staff.

The staff were polite, friendly, and clearly dedicated, and they did try to help. The hotel itself was very mediocre, though, and the cleanliness was awful. Breakfast was often gone by the time late arrivals came down. We regretted staying there. It needs a full overhaul.

I was out of there within ten minutes. Everything seemed broken, and there were bloodstains on the beds. They kept my money even though I left, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sleeping outside might be cleaner. It felt like a complete rip-off.

The staff are good, but there isn't much they can do about the state of the place. It's somewhere to sleep when you're in town for work, yet even taking a shower is difficult. It really needs renovating. May God protect us from ending up in a situation like this, what can I say?
