Ali Abi made my stay comfortable by helping with everything and suggesting a great spot for dinner. I was there for one day and left very satisfied. I highly recommend the hotel, and you should make a point of meeting Ali Abi. Ask him for tea too, just say Javid promised you'd get tea from his hands.

The room's poor condition was disappointing: a broken smoke alarm, peeling chair leather, a dirty headboard, and an unclean toilet. Ostimpark Business Hotel occupies only the sixth and seventh floors of the building. Check-in was easy and breakfast was decent, but the morning staff member at 8 AM spoke down to me and left a bad impression. I wouldn't recommend staying unless they improve both maintenance and service.

The room smelled awful even though there was a sign saying it was non-smoking. There were plenty of other problems too. We were given wrong information about the air conditioning and told no other room was available. As soon as we said we wanted to leave the hotel, suddenly another room and everything else became available. I don't recommend this place at all.

The room's strong perfume scent wasn't to my liking. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the hall had distinctive decor.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The carpets were dirty, there was no clean water, and none of the rooms had ventilation. There was no fan or air conditioning, no electric kettle or iron, and no shampoo. They also had no Covid SOPs.
