The room was clean, the breakfast was included and good, and the location worked well, right in the city centre near the main station. The staff were amazing. I'm looking forward to coming back.

The room was clean and ready on time, and the breakfast service was quite good. The toilet and bathroom didn't meet the quality I wanted, though. The location was very good, close to several major bus and metro stations as well as the market.

I've traveled a lot, through every capital and major city in Europe, and this was one of the best places I've found for the price and quality. The room was big and clean, the staff were nice, and both the hotel and area were quiet. Breakfast was great too.

The breakfast was a great surprise. I'd expected something simple, maybe a few sandwiches, but the included buffet had a big selection of delicious Turkish food and added real value to the stay. The rooms could use a little maintenance, but I had a fantastic experience overall. The staff were among the best I've encountered, and their effort to keep guests satisfied made a lasting impression.

We won't be coming back. The hotel said it had parking, which is why we chose it, but when we arrived the spaces were full and we were told to park across the road near a group of drunk homeless people. The rooms were dirty, the breakfast didn't taste good, and the staff were extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. I don't complain quickly, but this hotel really doesn't deserve its rating. I hope they improve their customer service for future guests.
