I was there for four nights, and the receptionist and all the other staff were super friendly. They gave my friends and me tips about Ankara and its streets, plus shops and restaurants. If I’m back in Ankara on business, this will definitely be my choice again.

The rooms were especially clean and tidy, and the internet worked well. There’s free breakfast and private parking, too. Staff were helpful and cheerful, and the hotel is in central Kızılay in Ankara. I spent two days there in August and would recommend it, including to families with kids.

Our stay stretched from one night to two weeks after a motorcycle accident, and I couldn’t get around because of my broken leg. During all that time, nobody cleaned the room or changed the towels or bed linen. The main problem, though, was at reception. We wanted to bring our Turkish friends up briefly, partly because I wasn’t mobile. When we politely asked what the issue was, the receptionist got loud and aggressive and threatened to call the police without explaining things properly. It was embarrassing and upsetting for our friends, and we never got an apology. The other staff were friendly, but that incident overshadowed everything. We can’t recommend the hotel.
