The beds, A/C, and showers need upgrading. The showers also need repair and cleaning. The guy at reception should be able to communicate in English.

What I was given didn’t match the room I’d booked online, and the listed amenities weren’t there. The employees seemed indifferent and uninterested in making sure guests were satisfied.

Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was very good and reasonably priced, though breakfast was only average. The room and bathroom equipment were fairly clean, but there was a smell in the room. The A/C wasn’t very cool and made an odd noise, and I could clearly hear the next room because the soundproofing was poor. Service was average. When I first tried to book, the staff’s attitude was poor.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a delicious buffet with lots of choices. I’d recommend staying here.

We only stayed one night, but the staff were professional and very helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent and great value. I’d strongly recommend this hotel.
