Megasaray Mount Erciyes Hotel

Getting to “hisarcik” station is easy, and that’s a real help on crowded days. The ski room is new and modern, and there are plenty of services to keep children happy if Erciyes weather changes quickly and you need to stay inside, including the mini club, play room and playstation. I’d recommend the hotel especially for families. We came at the start of the 2026 ski holidays with our 3 years old daughter, and our main concern was the weather, so we wanted an indoor swimming pool. The pools aren’t thermal, just heated water at around 26-28c degrees, as in summer, so don’t expect a hot thermal pool. The rooms are modern and clean, the food is amazing, one of the best resort kitchens, and all the staff are polite, welcoming and professional. One thing to know is that there’s no advance information about transfers from the city center, and taxis cost a lot.

The food was incredible, with a huge salad bar and dessert table, and the staff were attentive throughout. A WhatsApp chat with an English speaking member of the guest services team made it easy to get help with anything. Tolga was the best! The location is hard to beat for ski in and ski out, with rental and ski lockers right in the hotel. There are indoor and outdoor pools, both a good size for relaxing, though the indoor one gets busy with families at certain times. I had a good quality massage in the spa, though it was relatively expensive. The one downside was the lack of air conditioner in the room, which made it hard to regulate the temperature with the radiators.

Gulzat’s leadership and personal touch made a real difference to our stay. She was professional, attentive and genuinely caring, making sure everything was arranged and going above and beyond to keep us comfortable and happy. I also want to thank Tolga, Elif and Berna for being friendly, helpful, polite and supportive whenever we needed something. We had a great 3 night stay, and would love to return. Gulzat is a real asset to the resort. Highly recommended.

We loved the heated outdoor pool and the facilities are great. The ski room and the food were highlights too, and the staff were very attentive. Many thanks to Gulce for her care. This was our second time at the hotel, and everything was amazing. We’d definitely come back again.
