Sever Pansiyon

The staff were the worst I’ve ever seen, and there were plenty of other annoying things. You have to leave your room key at reception whenever you go outside the hotel. There’s no elevator, and there wasn’t a fridge in the room either.

We accidentally booked the wrong date. Reception told us to cancel, so we did, even though the booking was nonrefundable. I then booked another room, a double, and told the receptionist directly. The guy gave us a room with two separate beds instead, saying there was no double available, even though the website showed one when I booked. This is the worst hotel with the worst staff. Don’t stay here. It doesn’t deserve a penny.

The rooms were really clean, check-in was easy, and the location near the center was perfect. For such a great price, it was better than I expected.
