There's no microwave, but the apartment has a kettle, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, and cooking supplies. It's beautifully clean and thoughtfully laid out. We had a power shutdown, but reception called a technician and it was all fixed within an hour. The first door is a little tricky: press * twice and wait for the screen to change, then enter the number code, which shows up as ******. I'd recommend staying here.

The cats wandering inside the building could be a problem for anyone with allergies. I also had no proper hot water in the shower. It was barely warm, just enough to avoid being completely cold, which really wasn't ideal on a winter vacation. Otherwise, these are modern, cozy apartments in a great spot for reaching the city's main sights, with good shops nearby. I would have loved to give it five stars.

We had the two-bedroom duplex for three adults and three kids, with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was excellent for making meals for the kids and breakfast. Olga on staff was super helpful, and the location was great. It would've been even better if one bedroom had been a master room with its own bathroom. Still, I highly recommend it and would stay again.

Everything was within walking distance, which made the location excellent. The apartment itself was modern, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It was absolutely perfect.

We found it quiet, new, and clean, with everything our family needed. The place was comfortable, and we could do our laundry there. The location was good too: we walked back from the port (atatork street) in 15 minutes. The person who helped us was friendly.
