The team’s support when my aunt had dental work meant a lot to us. They showed genuine concern and helped her through it, something we won’t forget. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager twice, and they were just as welcoming as everyone else. Arda, Umut, Yigit, and Feyza deserve a special thank you. They made my birthday memorable and were consistently warm and friendly. We stayed six nights at Casitivo, where the location is excellent and the food and drink options were great throughout. The team was professional, kind, and caring from start to finish. This was our first trip to Turkey, and we’re already planning another. Warm wishes from the guests in Room 101!

The bar gave the place a fun, relaxing feel, and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. It was a comfortable, convenient stay, even though the hotel is in the second row from the beach. The place was very clean and the service excellent. Thanks for the hospitality. I’d happily come back.

Naz. I spent five days at Casa Tivo hotel while getting my teeth done nearby. Everyone on staff was welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to. The rooms were tidy and nice, and there’s a restaurant in the lobby with really good food. Their grilled salmon was one of the best I’ve tasted, and the raspberry cheesecake was great too. Thanks to Yigit for being such a quick, professional waiter.

Arda deserves a huge thank you for going above and beyond the whole time. He was always busy serving food and making drinks, including the best virgin pina coladas, but his customer service never slipped. We booked through Dentatur and had a five-star experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was lovely, and the staff were so helpful. Based on our stay, I’d highly recommend it. Can’t wait to see you all again. Thanks for everything!

Furkan at reception was the star of the place and made our stay feel special. Yigit the bartender also took great care of us. The hotel was nice and clean, and we definitely recommend it.
