The staff were welcoming, the air conditioning worked well, and it didn’t blow straight onto the bed. That was about all I liked. This was the last hotel on my vacation, and I trusted its high score and reviews, but now I understand why something felt off. It was difficult to reach by car because the streets are so narrow, and parking was a challenge too. Our room was in another building, where the corridor smelled old. The room was in bad shape and nothing like what the online photos suggested. There were stains and, worse, hairs on the sheets. I wondered if the blankets had even been changed. The bathroom smelled too. We decided to skip breakfast. After seeing the state of the blankets, I could only guess at the food quality.

The rooms are basic and fairly small, but they’re away from the party noise. The linen was good quality, and the room could be cleaned daily. I stayed for a week and would recommend it if location matters more than having a TV in the room. It’s right in the old town, two minutes on foot from restaurants and lovely harbor views. Breakfast is served in a charming little garden, and it’s different each morning. If it’s not too busy, you might be able to request something for the next day during a longer stay. Staff were very helpful with sightseeing advice. They suggested getting to places by public transport, which is really cheap, instead of pushing expensive tours.

The room door wouldn’t close properly, which made us feel unsafe. The rooms weren’t cleaned well, and the whole place smelled awful. Service was very poor, and staff were rude. Breakfast was terrible too. They brought us cold, stale bread, and when we asked for fresh bread, they told us old bread was better for digestion. Everything about this hotel was disappointing and unacceptable.

We’ve stayed with you more than once, and we love the place. The location is perfect, just three minutes from the most beautiful beach in Antalya. We’ve tried four different rooms, and each one was fresh, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast is delicious too. Every day of our stay was pleasant. The room was already air-conditioned when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful welcome. The lovely breakfast staff member, Olga, has a wonderful personality. She’s kind, responsive, and loves to chat, and made us feel at home and very welcome. Both managers are the nicest people we know. They always respond quickly and are ready to help with anything. It’s easy to reach someone whenever we have a problem or request. Thanks, everyone. We’ll definitely come again!

During my three weeks in Turkey so far, this was the worst place I’d stayed. They put me in a dark basement room, where kitchen noises kept waking me up and the bathroom smelled. The top of the room door was glass and close to a light, so I couldn’t get the room completely dark. I paid for four days but left after two and wasn’t given any credit. Spend another 700 TL and you can get a beautiful, modern room at a fancy butik hotel nearby.
