Club Hotel Sera

Hamdullah is the best guy, and he really deserves a good promotion. The staff are friendly and so helpful, and I’d love to visit this highly recommended place again. Thanks for their kindness, especially Hilal and the colleagues.

Almina and Alissa from the animation team deserve a heartfelt thank you. Their entertainment skills and lively spirit added so much to our holiday, and we’re looking forward to returning to Club Hotel Sera. We made good memories here, and the animation team really made the stay memorable. Their imaginative activities, games, and evening performances brought fun every day. Pool games and dance sessions were especially enjoyable, and the organized sports kept us energized, from boccia on the beach to Pilates and aqua aerobic during the day. The whole experience was incredible from beginning to end.

The hotel staff were really nice and always ready to help. There were tasty choices for different diets, too. The food was one of the best parts, with lots of variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the restaurant, as well as at the a'la cart.

Katrina in Guest Relations deserves a special mention. We had a few problems on the first day, and she sorted everything out promptly and professionally. Her kindness and dedication made all the difference, and she’s a real asset to the hotel. We stayed for my husband’s birthday and loved every moment. The service, beautiful rooms in the Club building, and atmosphere were all outstanding. We can’t wait to come back, highly recommended!
