The contactless entry was clever, and they walked me through how to get in step by step. I stayed in a garden room while working. It was a little small, but very quiet, with a peaceful view straight onto the garden, which helped me unwind. Mr. Emir was a very good person and replied to every message, even around the clock. The hotel has more improvements coming, and I’ll definitely return.

The room was meant to be a deluxe room, but it was damp, cold, dusty, and moldy, with dirty carpets, webs, hair, dead bugs, and spiders. We both started coughing after about six hours, and our skin itched in bed, so we slept dressed and woke with sore throats. The shower was ice cold, and the basement room stayed freezing without the air conditioning. The TV, kettle, and fridge were the only things that worked well. The garden smelled strongly of cat urine and looked unmaintained, with dust, leaves, and fallen fruit. Elif was welcoming at first, offering coffee and talking with us for over an hour. Later, she tried to charge us €1,200 for a two-room apartment, which was more than one and a half times what my condo in Copenhagen costs. We called the local police, who came to help and tried to reach Elif and the hotel manager without success. They advised us to file a complaint with Turizm Bakanligi in Antalya and write honest reviews. We have photos and videos of the conditions and every corner of the place. We booked two nights with a friend, and this was our worst experience. It also looked to us like a place where men bring female company for cheap. We do not recommend it. Beware.

The room was cold throughout, the toilet seat was loose and broken, the bathroom ventilator did not work, and water leaked through the walls inside and outside. There were dead spiders and bugflies, spiderwebs and mold in the basement “deluxe room,” and the carpet was stained and disgusting. Dust blew out of the air conditioning, and the whole property smelled of cat urine. The staff and manager were so unprofessional that we called the police. We took photos and videos from check-in through day two and will keep our WhatsApp correspondence with the property manager. He threatened to share it on social media. We were also told, as guests in the “deluxe room,” that they did not want gay couples there, along with another threat to publish our messages. They act sneaky and greedy and take no responsibility. I definitely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean and cozy, on the first floor beside the garden, and breakfast was included. It arrived about half an hour late, but the staff were polite, smiling, and genuinely apologetic about the wait. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was very helpful and courteous. We had only booked one night and got in from the airport at around 1:00 AM. Since no staff were available after 7:00 PM, hotel policy required us to pick up the keys and find our own way into the room. Despite that late self check-in, we had a pleasant stay. I’d recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, cozy room, and kind staff.
