Grand Antalya Hotel

I wouldn’t stay here again. The area feels sketchy, there are strange holes in the walls, and the toilets are tiny and dirty. The water smells really bad, and I definitely wouldn’t shower here. It didn’t feel comfortable or safe.

It’s quiet and very well located in the center, with the main street just 5 meters away on foot. But the rooms are old, and the toilet stopped working and leaked into the shower, so I had to switch rooms. There were cockroaches in the new room, and I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness. The old shower room also had lots of marks.

Ali at the desk was one of the best hotel workers I’ve met. His lovely smile made us feel comfortable every day, and he was welcoming and top class. The whole crew was hospitable and went beyond their duties to make us happy. They even made a fruit salad in their kitchen from food we’d bought at the supermarket. The hotel is very cheap for such a central spot, close to the old town, markets, and food. There were fresh white sheets and bedding whenever we needed them, clean white towels, plenty of toilet paper and toiletries, plus free tea and water all day. I’d stayed at many Antalya hotels with misleading ads and photos, but this one went beyond my expectations for the price. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

For a budget trip, I’d highly recommend this place. The price is affordable compared with most other Antalya hotels, the rooms are clean, and they provide fresh towels and bedsheets. The location is amazing, within walking distance of almost anywhere central. The staff are very nice and go out of their way to help.
