We stayed in Murat's apartment for two weeks, and the problems started before we arrived. Murat didn't answer our questions about the apartment or WiFi, which mattered because we needed a stable connection. On arrival, no one met us and the room wasn't ready, so we waited an hour. There were no dishes, towels, or WiFi. Murat asked us to wait three hours for a fix, but nothing changed. We got dishes and towels only by the end of the day, while the internet remained out. Two days later we moved to a first-floor room, but its WiFi was still very unstable. Both rooms were dirty and had rubbish left by previous visitors. Many things listed on Airbnb, including an iron, teapot, and lockbox, weren't there. The furniture was broken, and the kitchen had no gas. The day after it was fixed, we woke to the smell of gas because the pipe had been connected poorly. The electricity also cut out several times, and once it took a full day to restore. The host was irresponsible and sluggish, and seemed not to care about guests' comfort. Renovation work in the building meant dust and noise. We strongly don't recommend staying here.

I can't see how anyone calls this place super clean. It's an old hotel, and everything feels ancient. We checked in as a family of four and found no towels, only two small, old rags. There was no proper bed linen either, just rags and old blankets without sheets, as if someone had slept under them before us. Although the photos show a kitchen, cooking wasn't possible because there was no gas, and there wasn't even an electric kettle. The air conditioner barely heated the room. When I turned it on, I found no filters and a literal centimeter of caked dirt on the radiator. That was the last straw. My family didn't deserve a place like this, so we packed up and left. I don't recommend staying here. I asked for a refund, but the owners wouldn't return it, because they don't run this business responsibly.

Most of the amenities listed on Airbnb, including an iron, kettle, and safe, were missing. The furniture was broken, and there was no gas in the kitchen. The day after the gas was installed, we woke to a strong smell because the pipe was loosely connected to the stove. There were several power cuts, one of which took a whole day to repair. The owner was irresponsible and sluggish, with no regard for guests' comfort. Renovation work in the building made the hotel dusty and noisy. We strongly advise against staying here.
