Four Points Flex by Sheraton Antalya Lara

After a full day of driving, I could barely sleep because the gaps between the windows and exterior walls made the room feel like I was outside on the street. Then, close to midnight, after I’d finally been moved to the right room, there was no drinking water and I was dehydrated all night. The check-in process was alarming: I was first assigned a room with two mobile phones and a bag of laundry on the table, and I can only imagine how frightening it would have been if someone had still been in there. The staff seemed completely out of place, too. I’ve never experienced a “DOUBLED CHECK-IN” before. Don’t choose this hotel. Its name may suggest a Marriott, but it doesn’t meet Marriott standards at all.

Mr. Murat, the Front Office Manager, made a real difference with his warm welcome and the extra effort he put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Everyone on staff was courteous and professional, always smiling and happy to help. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I only got home yesterday and already miss everyone and everything there. I loved every minute, and can’t recommend the hotel or its staff highly enough. A special thank you to murat from your UK pals. I’m looking forward to coming back, and thank you all for such beautiful hospitality :)

You have to ask for basics like towels and blankets. The property also has no swimming pool, even though several websites show one. We booked five superior rooms and showed the manager the email confirming that arrangement. He hadn’t kept the commitment and told us we could either stay or leave.
