The address listed on Google map was wrong, and I only found the place because local people helped me. I told the front desk about the address issue, but they ignored me. The hair dryer was broken. I asked for the WiFi password, and after looking it up, they told me to wait and said they’d let me know later. I never heard back. Staff know very little English, so I had to communicate through a translator. They also smoke inside the building, making the air impossible to breathe. I don’t know how this place survives. It’s a joke, definitely not recommended.

The location is great and the interiors are modern, but there’s no professionalism. The rooms aren’t insulated, so I constantly heard people having sex. Housekeeping is nonexistent: you have to keep asking for things, and they never arrive. The staff are young men who can’t communicate, and the lobby reeks of smoke because they smoke indoors. This hotel has real potential if these issues are taken seriously. Otherwise, it won’t last.

The staff are friendly, and the location is good, on the street and not far from the tram. It’s easy to explore the old town from here. But the room smelled strongly of mold and was dirty all over, with grime on the walls and ceiling and hair everywhere. The window view was disappointing too. Otherwise, it’s tolerable for one night.
