The reception staff were attentive and nice, the room was clean and quiet, and the spa center is the best. I definitely recommend it. The sea entrance was closed because it was already the end of November. I liked everything else, but I want management to address the water rules, and hope the issue is fixed before my next vacation here. I’ve stayed twice, and had a very good impression the first time. On my last visit, new rules about food and drinks left me disappointed. I understand the rules about food and snacks, but not water. It’s a normal human need and right to have as much as you need, wherever you buy it. We were taking newly bought water back to our room when security ran over as if we were criminals and said we had to leave it in storage. I’m sure the strict, ridiculous rule comes from general management, though it was the guard’s job to enforce it. Don’t tell me it’s for hygiene when you sell your own chips and snacks in reception. This ruined my good attitude toward the hotel.

The breakfast buffet is worth trying. The range and presentation are a credit to the chefs, and the rest of the food was tasty, wholesome, and very good. Staff were friendly and did all they could to help. We even picked up a few Turkish phrases, Teşekkürler. We stayed for a week in late February. The weather varied and there wasn’t much rain. Rooms were well appointed, and while there isn’t much English-language TV, the WiFi was fast enough for Netflix. The location is great, with easy access to the old town and coast. Thanks for a great week.

The location is pleasant, but beyond that the resort felt very basic, with little atmosphere or the elevated features I’d expect from a luxury escape. It’s marketed as a 5-star, adult-only resort, yet the experience felt closer to 3.5 stars. The amenities are minimal and don’t justify the premium positioning. Service was fine, nothing exceptional, while the food seemed overpriced for the quality. A simple pasta dish was around $15. The pool and whirlpool weren’t heated, and although there’s a hamman room, there’s no steam room. The marketing promises a wonderful adults-only stay, but there’s very little to it. I wouldn’t return.

Alla, Masa, and Abdullah were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. They answered all our questions patiently and made us feel comfortable, and they gave us a room with a sea view. We were thoroughly impressed and would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat. They’re real assets to the hotel industry. Kudos to them.
