The atmosphere felt unsafe and unsettling, especially at night. Doors kept slamming, guests shouted, and men came into the women's bathroom. The building looked neglected, almost abandoned, and as if it could collapse. We felt deeply uncomfortable and insecure. What we found on arrival bore little resemblance to the app photos and description. The property was in very poor condition and much older than it appeared online: broken floors, windows that wouldn't shut, dirty and damaged furniture and sheets with stains, burn marks, and traces of insects. The whole room smelled strongly of cigarettes and sweat. The advertised air conditioning wasn't there. Instead, there was a broken fan without its safety cover, and we had to turn it by hand several times to get it started. There wasn't even toilet paper, and the slippers provided seemed extremely unhygienic. The bathroom was unsanitary and the shower was broken. We also saw cleaning staff put fresh sheets on the hallway floor before taking them into rooms, which seemed highly unprofessional.
