From the balcony, the views are spectacular, and the location is handy for the highway, teleferik and Konyalti beach. The property itself is well-built and has real potential. But our unit clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived. The bathrooms were dirty, the furniture worn, and it looked like the floors hadn't been cleaned for months. The bedding was very basic. They need to take better care of the rooms and manage and clean the place properly.

Cats are a special feature here, and there are often new kittens 😅. The rooms have what you need for light cooking, and I slept well. I spent two months here and really enjoyed it. The owner Erkan is a nice, peaceful man. The area is lovely and quiet, good for running, with a village garden and mountains, and the beach isn't far. I liked the modern, cool concept of the hotel. Alina, the Ukrainian receptionist, was professional and helpful, and speaks English, Russian and Turkish. The Turkish receptionists were indifferent, so I mostly contacted Alina when I needed something. Thanks!

The pool was so filthy it had turned green, the rooms were extremely dirty, the bathrooms disgusting, and the furniture worn out. The fridges smelled, the kitchen had cockroaches, and the stained, stinky linen and towels seemed to go along with zero cleaning or maintenance. Internet and TV shut off every day at the same time, apparently to save the owner electricity. The elevators were also switched off to save on the owners' electricity bill. Reception had no AC and was chaotic. Staff were unprofessional, and only one person spoke English. The place was overpriced. We called for a taxi so we wouldn't have to wait 45 minutes in the hot weather, but the receptionist asked us to give up our turn because other people were going to the airport. If they cared about their flight, they could have called too. Why should I give up my taxi and wait in that hot, unconditioned reception? Don't come here!

We stayed for a week in these great apartments. The place was clean and new, and the reception staff were lovely. They did their best to help with any extras we needed. There's a great mountain view, since the hotel is right at the edge of the city. I'd recommend renting a car, as taxi costs add up very quickly.
