Mardan Palace Hotel

Mardan Palace is clearly luxurious, clean, and beautifully decorated, as the pictures show. What the pictures don't capture is the care from the people working here. We had medical problems during our stay, and guest assistance did everything we could have asked for and more. They arranged everything, checked with the hospital every few hours, and made sure we were all right. It felt like they truly cared about our well-being, not just because we were customers. Thank you so much, Monica and Ikbel. You made our stay unforgettable!

The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything seemed well organized. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious and there were plenty of choices. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and would be happy to return. That evening, the outdoor seating was a lovely place to unwind, while inside the restaurant felt spacious and grand. There was plenty of food to choose from, including options for people with allergies, and the restaurant team were welcoming and attentive. Emrullah at the bar was especially thoughtful and looked after us so well throughout the week. Monica from Customer assistance was also around whenever we needed anything. Our room had character and was cleaned regularly, with staff quickly bringing extra toiletries, towels, and an ironing board when we asked. The main pool staff kept our water and other drinks topped up too. There was some maintenance happening, but it didn’t spoil our holiday. The main building makes a striking first impression, and you have to remember you’re in Turkey, not the UK. We’ve just come back from a week here and will be back.

Songul from the guest assistant department deserves a special thank you. The staff were welcoming, professional, and quick to help with a smile. We had a peaceful, comfortable stay in a spotless, well-kept room with the amenities we needed. Breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty choices, and the dining area was tidy and organized. Getting to nearby attractions was easy too. I really enjoyed my stay from beginning to end, and would happily recommend this hotel.
