We got there around midnight, exhausted from traveling, and were met with confusion and unprofessional service. The front desk person could barely help us book. He said our cash bills were too big, then said they didn’t accept cards when we offered to pay that way. He kept changing his story, and after we went to withdraw cash, he suddenly raised the price. He was rude and disrespectful the whole time. The room was poor quality, and even the towels were worn out and looked unclean. The whole experience was stressful and unwelcoming, and I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. It wasn’t worth the money.

Stay away from this awful place. Bed bugs!! My sister came home to England covered in bites and needed medication. The staff were incredibly rude, and the rooms were filthy. The shower head is above the toilet, so you can’t wash properly. Save your money and avoid this disgusting place. Don’t stay here even if they offer it for free!

The air conditioner was amazing during the current heatwave, and the price is really good. Booking direct with the hotel works out cheaper than using an online third-party platform. It’s very central, which is perfect if you’re only there to sleep. Just know it’s an older hotel and the rooms aren’t spotless. If you can get past that, the location is great.

Low prices, nice rooms, a great location, fast WiFi, and AC make this a decent place for travelers. You can buy water and coke at reception. The rooms aren’t soundproof, though, and I woke several times at night because I could make out people talking. It can turn into hell if other guests are traveling with children. There’s no elevator, so be ready to haul your own luggage upstairs. When my friend urgently needed the bathroom and this was the closest place, the staff were a bit rude, which spoiled the experience.
