I was really happy with the customer service during my stay last weekend. Whenever I had a question, they explained things clearly and sorted out the problem straight away. The staff were super friendly, and the location was amazing, right in the center of the places I wanted to visit. There’s a restaurant on the corner serving home-style meals, and the soup is my favourite. The rooms are fine for the price. It was heartwarming to see them caring for the street cats. Thank you!

I’m sure the rooms aren’t properly cleaned, and there seemed to be bedbugs. I paid 1,500 tl for two days, but it was a waste. I left the next day and lost 750 tl for nothing. It was the worst experience I’ve had, and I’d never recommend this place. Find somewhere else if you want a good holiday.

Trams are right outside, making it easy to get to the airport and bus station, and there's great shopping nearby, plus an HSBC ATM. The hotel is also next to a very cheap self-service restaurant and Antayla Castle. Rooms are warm, the air con and TV channels are good, and most rooms have nice big beds.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and it's good value for the money. The rooms are a bit small, but basic, clean, and quiet. Great spot for sightseeing and shopping in the city.
