Etenna Beach Bungalow Hotel

We arrived late in the afternoon after ten hours on the road and had to find somewhere else at the last minute. The room was impossible to stay in: sewer smell came from the bathroom, and the AC had a smell that might have been mold. My children felt nauseous as soon as we entered, so we had to get out. It seemed these problems were already known to management. When we mentioned the smell, the receptionist immediately brought up the sewer system, while one manager said it came from the air conditioning. The bungalows are very close together, and the garden air felt stale because the trees were planted so densely. The booking was expensive, and we requested a full refund because of the room conditions, but they refused. Thanks to booking, we eventually got the full refund.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable vacation at "Etenna". The bungalows sit right by the sea, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Everyone, from the restaurant and reception to housekeeping, was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The food was excellent, too. We can truly recommend this lovely place!

We had a lovely week and would be very happy to come back. For anyone wanting to avoid the all-inclusive crowds, this beachside place felt almost empty, and the team were gentle and attentive. There’s plenty to do, from ancient sites and different kinds of boat trips to simply resting on the beach or in the garden shade. The furnishings weren’t all in perfect shape, but mostly met our critical expectations. A few things, like missing lamps, could come up, so tell the team and they respond quickly with a fix. Our first bungalow wasn’t acceptable, but the team worked to sort it out quickly, which made the stay enjoyable and explains our high score. Breakfast by the sea in the garden was fresh, tasty, and healthy. The restaurant is well kept, though some things like the salt and pepper sets seemed as if they could be cleaner. That may be from the sea breeze and the resort being so close to the water. These are suggestions for improvement. Thanks so much, Etenna-Team!

We really enjoyed our stay at Etenna Bungalow Hotel and would recommend it to nature lovers looking for a quiet place to unwind. The beach is only a few meters away, with comfortable beach chairs included, and the restaurant has a stunning view. Breakfast was a highlight, with a varied spread that combined Turkish staples and Western tastes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The garden is lovely, with animals wandering around day and night, so sitting on your private terrace was a pleasure. The two-person bungalows are simple but good. We had the larger bungalow for four or five, which was brighter and more modern. Every room has AC, a giant comfortable bed, a small fridge, and a private terrace.
