We spent a week at Quality Gold Suite Hotel, and the cats around the property added a sweet, unusual touch to the warm, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout, and Mahsine at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us feel comfortable. Selami, who helped at breakfast and with evening service, was just as lovely. One evening, after food service had ended, he still made soup for my mum when she wasn't feeling well. We really appreciated that care. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a friendly, comfortable place to stay.

For what it cost, the location was fantastic. It's a little way from the sea, but still an easy walk. The hotel was lovely, with comfortable, spacious rooms and modern finishes, and the water pressure was just right. Serkan at the bar was amazing. He treated everyone so well, kept checking that I was comfortable, and made sure I had the things I needed.

I stayed for a week and was very happy with it. The hotel is handy for the airport, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. Serkan went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed and could relax. Thanks for a lovely stay, highly recommend.
