I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. The rooms felt like home, with comfortable beds, and seemed newly renovated. They were so cozy. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and ready to help at any hour. They even helped me with all my luggage. I had a lot because of winter, a toddler, and a later trip to London. Breakfast was yummy too. This was one of the best places I've stayed in all my travels, and I can't stress enough how good it was.

The streets around the hotel and right out front are incredibly narrow, so be careful if you're driving. There's a small car park that holds up to three cars, and parking costs €10 a night. The buffet breakfast was satisfying and really good. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Eren gave us excellent service, let us check in early, and upgraded us to a deluxe suite. He even carried our two heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs. What a great start. Thanks again, Eren!

We really liked the pool area for relaxing, and breakfast had a nice range of food. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's in a great spot in the old town, within walking distance of restaurants, parks, shops, and attractions. Definitely recommend it.

We just got back from vacation, and my husband and I keep talking about what a pleasant stay we had. The spacious rooms were very clean, and the staff welcomed us so warmly every day that we almost forgot we were at a hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially considering the very affordable, forgiving prices. Chef Ali prepared a wide variety of breakfast dishes every day, including delicious baked bread and cake. When we had to check out early, he kindly made breakfast for us as well. We want to thank everyone for making our stay so easy, welcoming, and enjoyable.

The family rooms are spacious but could use a bit of freshening up. Breakfast was nice, and the staff are lovely. The hotel is well located in the old town.
