Rada Apart Hotel

The parking lot was the one thing I really appreciated. Otherwise, I was totally disappointed, and even the beach was dirty. The location itself was terrible, and this felt neither like a proper hotel nor an apartment. Maybe other rooms are better, but I didn't see them, and I'd choose somewhere else, especially since there are better and cheaper places around. The room looked very old and the mattress needed replacing. The bathroom was awful: the overhead shower fell onto my head while I was using it. The kitchen was so dark it was unusable. Although it had a window and balcony, metal roller blinds were shut from outside, and staff refused to open them for what seemed an unfair reason. The pool was dirty and closed, perhaps because it was out of season. The SPA wasn't open either; I was told the sauna might open in December. The place needs renovating. Cleaning was only every three days, and even asking for toilet paper meant waiting. Smoke from other guests came into the room when I opened the balcony door, which made it hard to breathe with my smoke allergy. Soundproofing could be better. I didn't think much of the restaurant either. Staff were okay, though. If none of these things bother you too much, enjoy your holiday.

The location was the only good part, with the beach and a few good restaurants and markets nearby. We stayed for a week, and the furniture was old. The electricity went out on two nights, once for nearly 10 hours and another time for maybe two or three hours. Nobody explained what happened, apologized, or tried to make it right. They said rooms are cleaned every two days as their policy, and that it's on their website, though I'm not sure about that. Apart from the guy on the night shift from Palestine, the staff weren't professional with customers. I had to give one star just to submit this review.

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with a basketball court, a park, and lots of cats, including a few kittens. There are also nice staff and corner shops and supermarkets close by. I loved this hotel. The room service and staff were top tier, the pool looked amazing at night, and the nightclub was excellent. The restaurant food was even better, though a bit pricey, but worth it. Really nice place, 5/5.

There are diners and convenience stores nearby, which is a real plus, and the food isn't bad if you order from the diner inside the hotel. The rooms are comfortable if you're slim and in shape. What felt really unprofessional was management leaving literal human feces in the swimming pool. That's extremely unacceptable and unsafe. Please look into it.
