The man in charge at reception discriminated against me. It was a kind of harassment, but very subtle. It’s a shame this still happens in 2026. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone from a minority group or anyone who supports fair treatment for everyone.

Breakfast was a delight, with a varied menu offering something for every taste. One kind gentleman even taught me how to say “thank you” in Turkish, a small gesture that meant a lot. The staff were warm and understanding throughout, even though I don’t speak Turkish. They’re genuine, patient, incredibly kind, and every interaction felt personal and sincere. When I had trouble with the A/C, which was entirely my fault, the staff member who helped was gracious and friendly, with no judgment. I had an exceptional stay and can’t recommend the place highly enough. I’ll absolutely be back. It’s the connection, care, and hospitality that made it unforgettable, as well as the comfort.

The restaurant is very good value, and the service is efficient. Rooms are clean and well equipped, and the location is quite convenient, close to the Grand Bazaar. It’s a good option for a few days visiting Istanbul. The style could use an update, but everything else is just fine.

The staff were incredible, and Onur did a great job helping our family sort out our reservation. The hotel is clean and in a good location. Thanks so much, Onur!
