WATCH THE VIDEO WITH SOUND If you want to sleep, stay clear of this place, and definitely don't book directly. We booked an apartment for one night, but the AC was so loud that we couldn't sleep. The host came to check it and couldn't fix it. When he was leaving, he said, "good night." I told him we obviously weren't going to have a good night, and he said we could pay half price and leave right then, at midnight. We're a family with two young children, so expecting us to pack up and find somewhere else to stay at 12:00 AM was completely unacceptable. When I first messaged about the noise, his immediate answer was to "turn the fan speed to zero." That makes it seem like he already knew the AC was broken. Equipment can fail, but he wasn't the least bit apologetic. The apartment is on a busy street, so opening the windows wasn't an option because of the traffic noise. All I wanted was for him to acknowledge the problem and show some empathy. Instead, we were told to get out in the middle of the night. Learn from our mistake in Istanbul and stick to a reputable hotel.

Hassan Ali was a huge help throughout my stay at Alhambra Apart Hotel. Whenever I messaged him on WhatsApp, he got back to me quickly and was ready to assist, which made things easier and more enjoyable. Wafa was also incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. I had a very positive experience and highly recommend the hotel.
