I had one of my worst hotel stays and wouldn’t recommend this place. I paid for all inclusive but ate out almost every day because the food was awful and gave me food poisoning. The food was always cold, drinks came warm in tiny plastic cups, and it honestly felt as if they were making it bad on purpose. My room was never cleaned, the towels were never changed, and the toilet didn’t flush properly.

We’re a family of four, but they gave us two beds and a mattress, along with three long towels and five very short ones. We’d asked for an ocean view and didn’t get it. Only one receptionist tried to sort things out, but they kept us waiting 14 hours, then another 2 hours, then half an hour, then 20 more minutes, and still didn’t fit us in or do anything. The music is at full volume from 10:00 to 3:00 at night, so sleeping is hard if you’re tired. The staff were disgusting, with several apparently drunk, and they don’t clean the rooms. Most staff barely speak English or German unless you speak Turkish or Russian. German may be difficult, but English is a world language and they don’t know the basics. Residents ignore the rules, and workers don’t say anything to them.

The pool is the one good thing, and the view is nice. The food is okay, though it could be better. Still, I wouldn’t return: the air conditioning didn’t work, we paid for 3 beds but got 1 bed for 6 people, and after repeated requests, they didn’t bring a sheet for about 5 hours. This hotel is really bad.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The restaurants and shops just around the corner are lovely and cheap. We were a family of 5, myself, my partner, our kids aged 14 and 9, and my mother, and we stayed for 10 days. We paid for all inclusive and regretted it. We ate out every day because the food wasn’t fit to eat, and nothing was labelled, so we had no idea what anything was. My daughter has allergies, but when I went to the desk to complain, they didn’t care. The rooms were dirty, and the toilet and shower were broken from day one. The cleaners only emptied the bin and made the bed. It was changed just once in all 10 days. The manager was rude and aggressive and clearly seemed to have an alcohol problem. The entertainment was awful too, the same five Russian and French songs playing in a loop all day. I’m British and wouldn’t bother with this hotel. I thought the reviews were exaggerated, but they weren’t.

We ended up eating outside because the hotel didn’t have fresh food, and the same meals were served every day. Russian songs played constantly during our holiday in Turkey. The biggest trauma was getting stuck in the elevator. It went down to a wall instead of an exit, and no one helped us. The hotel was a total failure for me, the worst holiday of my life. The rooms were in terrible shape, dirty and shabby. There was hair in the shower, poop on the toilet seat, and the whole bathroom was a mess. We asked for clean towels, but they didn’t change them until the third day. The women who came to clean the rooms left without doing anything, and we were completely ignored. If you want a nice stay, don’t choose this hotel. 😡😡😡😡
