We came to Belek, Turkey for a golf trip and spent 14 days at Kempinski Hotel The Dome. From the first moment, the service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Damla, our "Lady in Red" concierge. We've travelled a lot, and the service she gave us was hard to match. I can't say enough about her. I don't have a photo of my "Lady in Red," but she's one of the main reasons we'll return. The gardens and grounds were lovely, and the beautiful beach was an easy walk away. The hotel itself is luxurious and beautiful, though a few things could use an upgrade. The food was okay, but we expected more variety and better quality at a luxury hotel. The furniture felt dated, some drawers were hard to open, and the shower taps need updating. We also had a problem with the room temperature. If you sleep hot, avoid November 1 to March 30, when they turn off the air conditioning. One week of our stay was hot, with our room reaching 27 Celsius. The Manager was helpful and brought us a fan. The fabric mat they put down for turndown was very slippery and dangerous, so they shouldn't use it. These are smaller upgrades, and we'd still like to come back. We'd just need a cooler room and more food choices.

We had a room with a lovely sea view, and the accommodation was great. The food was excellent too. Staff were warm, friendly, and professional. I also want to mention the fitness center and swimming pools, plus how well transport to the golf courses and taxis to different places were organized.

Our son was thrilled to find a little football pitch with mini goals by the kids’ club. He spent hours there. Yaren from the Kids Room was cheerful, friendly, and funny, and got our 9-year-old chatting. She played football with him and joined him at the kids’ shows in the evenings. This was our second visit to Belek. We stayed at Rixos Premium Belek last time and Kempinski The Dome Belek this time. To us, Rixos had a higher service level, while Kempinski felt quieter and a bit smaller, which has its own charm. The main downside was that there was no heated outdoor pool, which would have been nice in cooler weather. We had a pleasant stay and really appreciated how kind and caring the staff were.

The beach was lovely, and the service there was great as well. We enjoyed the Gözleme House, where Zulfiye made the best Gözlemes. At breakfast, Mehmet and Murat looked after us so well. We had a great stay at the Kempinski Hotel The Dome. Service was fast and very good, and the buffet had lots of excellent food with new choices each day. Damla (Lady in Red) handled all our reservations and gave us great recommendations. We'd love to come back.

Ahmet Yildirmi from the restaurant made our day, huge thanks to him. As always, we had a wonderful stay. The staff were polite and attentive, and the whole place was impeccably maintained and relaxing. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
