The building looks pretty from the outside, but staying inside can be unpleasant, and the place has a grim reputation. The building manager, Lidia, is the reason, as her communication can be rude, forbidding, and offensive at times. Kids may even be afraid of her. There have been multiple complaints from people nearby. A recent case involving one of the families pushed me to write this. I've never given a 2-star rating before. Be aware that there may be complications in this apartment complex.

Wasn't very good.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and we had a lovely view of the pool from the balcony. We spent our family holiday at Kremlin Residence in November 2024, and really liked how peaceful, cozy, and safe the gated complex felt. It's a residential community rather than a hotel, with its own pool and lovely green grounds full of flowers. The pool was big and clean, too. The sea is only a 3-5-minute walk away, with cafes, shops, and a park close by. We'd love to come back.

The pool is basically taken over by children from morning until night. They're always shouting, jumping, and screaming, with no parents around. Hygiene is nonexistent, from the oldest kids to the youngest, nobody showers or follows the rules. Their mothers seem completely indifferent. It was pure torture, and getting into the pool without the children is impossible.

There’s enough around the grounds to make for a relaxing stay: a deep pool, a separate shallow one for children, plenty of sun loungers, a covered seating spot with tables and soft chairs, a small playground, and a fireplace. I never saw anyone cook at the fireplace. The grounds aren’t large, but they’re clean and well kept. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away, grocery shops are nearby, and the Tuesday market is 350 meters away. The gym was awful. The equipment is old, and even touching the machines or mats felt unpleasant. There’s no air to breathe in there, either. Of the two women on the service staff, one, who I understand is Turkish, was kind and polite. She always smiled, said hello, asked how I was, and wished me a good day. She has such bright, good energy. Lydia, the Russian-speaking staff member, was the complete opposite. She’s rude, always seems unhappy, and doesn’t know how to talk to people. She crosses personal boundaries and behaves badly towards others, whether they’re adults or children. Don’t be afraid to stand up to her. It seems that’s the only way she understands she can’t cross people’s boundaries.
