Solo Boutique Hotel

I liked that the hotel was in the historic area, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. But I stayed only one night because I found bedbugs in my room. I told the manager right away that I needed to check out early because of them, and he seemed understanding at the time. Later, I contacted Delta Airlines to dispute the mileage points used for my booking. Delta investigated, and the hotel told them it had offered me another room, which I declined. I have no memory of that conversation. Delta shared the hotel’s account with me, and it seemed the hotel still intended to charge me for my entire planned stay in Antalya. In the end, Delta Airlines sided with me and refunded my points.

The room had some humidity and an unpleasant smell, though it didn’t affect me personally. It’s something that could be improved for future guests. I had a lovely week at this warm and welcoming boutique hotel. The staff made a real difference, especially Sunduz, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. A cosy, comfortable stay with wonderful service.

We could hear live music from the place across the hotel at night, which we enjoyed. If that might bother you, it could be worth checking ahead whether your room faces the main street. The hotel is lovely and very well located within the historic castle area. The staff were helpful with everything.

The inside terrace was lovely, and the room was clean and very nice. We stayed two nights, arriving at 1 am while looking for a room, and were warmly welcomed and offered options. The people working there were really nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
