Kristal Beach Hotel

The rooms were a letdown: there are cockroaches, they weren't cleaned well, and the showers leak, so it's easy to slip and get hurt. The location is very good for the beach, and the staff are friendly, with no complaints there. Unfortunately, none of them speak English. Breakfast was okay, though I really wish they'd had at least some fruit.

I was here as part of a surgery package, and honestly, I’ve got no complaints. Everything I needed was provided, and the staff and service were excellent. Mate and Fidan at reception were helpful, professional, and friendly, as were the housekeeping and kitchen staff. My room was a nice size, with a comfy bed, TV, mini fridge freezer, AC, and a great beach and ocean view. There's a convenience store, restaurants, and ATMs next door. Breakfast is included, simple but tasty, and the hot chocolate from the coffee machine was the best I’ve ever had. A good budget hotel for a short stay in Antalya.

My wife and I came to Antalya for dental treatment and stayed at Kristal Beach Hotel twice, first for 6 days and then for 11. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, about 60 meters from the beach, and breakfast is served by the pool. The food was excellent, and our rooms were cleaned daily and kept very clean. Special thanks to the cleaning lady, Sinam 🌞. The service was excellent, too. There’s also a spa and a nightclub. I recommend it 💯%.

The staff were excellent and friendly, and the food was good. Everything you need is within walking distance, and a taxi to the old town takes 15 minutes. Kristal Beach hotel made for a pleasant stay, and I’d happily book it again. Thanks, Brian.
