Sakina deserves a huge thank you. I'm still not sure what her official role is, because she seems to be receptionist, manager, caretaker, and cleaner all at once. She'll happily take on anything, always with a lovely smile. I hope the owners recognize how much she contributes to this business. The location is great, with restaurants, bars, grocery shops, cafés, and pretty much everything nearby. Our room was a good size, clean, and had what we needed, though there was no microwave. Housekeeping happens every other day. One small idea for the future: gradually adding smart TVs could make sense. Lots of people would rather AirDrop and watch Netflix or YouTube than use satellite TV.

I paid for a reservation, then realized I'd selected the wrong date. I've contacted the property owner three times, and each time I was told the payment would be refunded, but I still haven't received anything. Please complete the cancellation and return the payment promptly. I'll leave this review up until the issue is settled. If nothing moves forward, I'll have to consider legal action and share what happened on other platforms, including Facebook. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Alima made everything easy for us and took great care of us throughout the visit. We had a great stay, the place felt comfortable and welcoming, and she was super helpful.

The room was an old attic, nothing like the pictures on Booking or the property's site. The ceiling was so low that none of us, not even the kids, could stand straight. The AC sits right in front of the bed, so staying there meant we'd all be freezing. There was one tiny window, and no mosquito net if you opened it. We had a terrible stay. Worst hotel ever.
