The outdoor kids’ club and water park were closed for winter, which was a pity since they’re a big part of the resort experience. The price seemed fair for that season, though. It’s about a 40-minute drive to the city centre, and the hotel can arrange a taxi easily. We had a relaxing week over Christmas. The warm outdoor pool was the highlight, almost like a hot spring, and warmer and cleaner than the indoor pool. We regretted waiting until our last day to take our child there; he loved it. Food was decent, though less varied than what our friends had in April. We assumed that was down to the winter low season, which is understandable. The rooms were fairly standard rather than five-star luxury, but fine for a family resort. The minibar was restocked generously every day, so it was hard to drink it all. The indoor kids’ club is small but fully supervised. The staff were kind and attentive, and one day they even had lunch with my son, which we appreciated. The arcade next door felt expensive, 2€ for a lollipop from the machines, though the children got lots of sweets as a Christmas gesture. Daily shows were enjoyable evening entertainment, even if the ballroom was simple. The bar outside it was extremely hot, as if the air conditioning wasn’t working. Facilities are average, but the service is good. We’d recommend it and might try another resort next time for comparison.

There was so much to do that we didn’t need to leave the hotel. The large, open lobby was beautifully designed, and the nightly dance shows, live music, and other performances were well organized. The pool, cinema, spa, and massage services were all excellent, genuinely five-star quality. We stayed in late February and early March, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, among the best we’ve had in Antalya. Staff were friendly and professional, and many spoke German fluently, which was a real plus. Our room was clean, modern, and well maintained, and the hotel’s overall standard was top-tier. We’ll definitely come back.

The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients, lots of choice, and delicious meals every day. We found the hotel spotless throughout, from the rooms and restaurants to the pool areas, and its elegant interiors were designed with real taste. What stood out most was the friendly, professional staff. They were always smiling and ready to help, often checking whether we were comfortable, enjoying the food, or needed anything. They stayed positive and never seemed tired or put out, which made the atmosphere even better. This was our second stay with the Delfin hotel chain, and we were very satisfied again. We highly recommend it for luxury and comfort. Definitely not our last visit!
