Los Suites

We were glad we picked Los Suites, even though it cost a little more than the other places we considered nearby. The design is lovely, and the place was comfortable with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast options and the blackout shades, which were great for sleeping. The staff were kind and went above and beyond to help. Grocery stores and restaurants are an easy walk away. Venus Cafe is a short walk and a good lunch option. It's about a 20 min drive to Old Town. Just a lovely place.

The staff were the highlight: friendly, attentive, quick to handle requests, and always happy to help with everything we needed. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and the hotel was pleasant and quiet at night. Restaurants and shops nearby covered most essentials, with the nearest beach about a 20-minute walk away. Getting to the old town, waterfalls, and other sights takes around a 30-minute drive, though evening traffic jams can make it much longer. The pool area looked very nice and was well maintained, but the water was surprisingly cold, even colder than the sea. I didn't really see anyone swimming while we were there. Families with small children should be especially careful: the pool is quite deep and has no shallow area or gently sloping entrance. Breakfast was okay, though it was nearly the same each day, mostly eggs and vegetables, with yogurt sometimes available for the kids. There was no meat or fruit, so more variety would've been welcome. A lovely, quiet place with great staff.

The suite made this feel much more like staying in a home than a standard hotel. Our Deluxe Suite had two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a balcony, and the kitchen was properly stocked with plates, glasses and pans. The washing machine, dishwasher and fridge would be especially handy on a longer stay. Three of us had plenty of room. We arrived comfortably by transfer, and check-in felt easy from the start. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel is one building, with a pool, a bar beside it that had a relaxed Asian–Bali feel, and a fitness area with equipment for everyday workouts. It’s near the city center and within walking distance of Konyaaltı Beach. We stayed through Hotelintro✨ and had a lovely time. 😊

I trusted all the positive reviews when I booked, and came away feeling I’d wasted my money. The stay was bleak and disappointing, and this place didn’t feel close to a 5-star standard. I really don’t know where those ratings come from, and the reviews gave me the wrong impression. The building and apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Both staff members in the small lobby smoked, and the hall lights often stayed off until someone walked by, leaving the corridors dark. In the room, the walls were dented in several places, the toilet paper holders were broken, and the shower kept swinging between hot and cold. There’s a washing machine but no dryer, and gym access costs extra. I wouldn’t recommend relying on the glowing reviews.
