Mercure Antalya Konyaalti

We were very happy with our stay at Mercure and would highly recommend it. The location is handy, near the beach and surrounded by shops, cafes and other amenities. The staff were warm, attentive and professional throughout, from reception, who helped with any questions or requests, to the chef and bar staff, whose hospitality we especially appreciated. The rooms were spacious, spotless and well kept, and we liked getting complimentary water each day. Mornings by the pool were lovely, with plenty of room for sunbeds or the terrace. The pool area was cozy and the rooms comfortable. Breakfast had an impressive range of fresh, tasty choices, including fruit, vegetables, cheeses and pastries, plus omelets made to order. The breakfast team were especially friendly and ready to help. We also ate at the hotel most evenings and were consistently impressed with the food. Salads, burgers and pasta were all prepared to a high standard and delicious, so we often preferred staying in for dinner.

The staff really made this stay for us. They were warm, professional, and made us feel welcome right away. The hotel itself was spotless and well cared for, with excellent food and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it.

The location worked really well, with shops and restaurants close enough to walk to, and the beach about ten minutes away on foot. Our room was modern and very clean. Esra, who looked after it, was especially lovely and attentive, always checking that we had what we needed. Great service.

I spent seven nights at Mercure Konyaalti in March-April 2026, and it’s easily the best Mercure I’ve stayed at. The room was comfortable, with a great bed, an excellent shower, handy lighting and USB sockets, plus a bathrobe and slippers. Room service was wonderful, and the soundproofing was excellent too. The hotel feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. There’s a good bakery downstairs and a gym open 24/7. The reception staff were helpful whenever I needed them. I’ll definitely return.
