After a long trip, we arrived hoping to shower and rest. We'd already booked and paid for a room, but a man in the middle of the lobby was cutting green beans 😂 When my brother asked for our room, he said there were none available. Before that, he'd whispered to a friend in Turkish, “Don’t give them the room, they’re Syrians!” He didn't know my brother understands Turkish 😅 Five stars for cooking and racism, zero for humanity 👏 #BeanCuttingHospitality

The room was bright and had a nice view, and we enjoyed the stay. The bed, though, wasn't very comfortable. I also felt the manager/owner was sizing us up while discussing in Turkish with the receptionist how much to charge us. Mola is good value for the location and cleanliness. The beach and bus stop for the castle are just a couple of minutes away, with restaurants all around and a Migros across the street. AC, a fridge, and breakfast cost extra. The breakfast was a standard Turkish hotel spread.

We meant to stay one night and ended up staying three. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and even let us keep our bicycles inside. The hotel is close to a supermarket, shops, restaurants, the beach, and the cable car up to the castle. Our top-floor room had a balcony and a great view of the castle and mountains. It was a bit small, as was the bathroom, but both were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked, the internet was good, and there were local TV channels. Breakfast included with the room was a standard Turkish breakfast, which was fine. We paid extra for an English breakfast one day and it was fantastic.

The beds could've been more comfortable, but the food was good. The staff were so kind and amazing, and even offered to take us to a friend's pool. We had a fantastic week here.

Everything you need is nearby, and the motel is close to the beach. Cleopatra beach is about 200 metres away, I think. I liked it a lot, so five stars 🤩🤩🤩
