Sitti Apart Hotel

For the price, this is a pretty new and good hotel. The staff quickly replace or fix the occasional faulty appliance, such as a teapot, but amenities are on the economy side: limited dishware and very few outlets in each room. The main drawback is the poor internet. It's fine for browsing, but too slow for reliable remote work. There are lots of small grocery shops within a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet, with mostly families. The beach is a significant distance away: walking takes about 30 minutes. There are bus stops nearby, though service isn't frequent and doesn't go all the way to the beach, so you may want a rental car. I'd recommend it for a family stay, especially on a budget.

Ergin was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and my family. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel. It's cost-effective and clean, and the apartments have everything you need. There's a shop one minute up the road, parking outside, and a clean pool with available sunbeds.

We stayed for a month, and the place was spotless. The apartments are well equipped with everything we could need: a full kitchen, cutlery for 6+ people, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, and TV. The Wi-Fi was reliable at 3.9Mbps, much better than what we had to work with in Istanbul. Video calls worked, as did downloads and uploads of datasets dozens of GB in size. The staff were welcoming, polite, and honest, and respected our privacy. They were always ready to help without charging extra or trying to get money from us. Just nice people running an honest business, 10/10. That kind of honesty is hard to find in tourist places in Türkiye, though I can only speak for the places I've been to. The location is relatively remote, but it worked for us. It was calm and safe, the grocery shop is next door, and bus stops are around the corner or a 7-minute walk away, with buses going where we needed. The dogs wandering the streets are lovely furry buns and mean no harm. Totally worth the price for any length of stay, especially a month or more!

The apartment matches the pictures and works well for a holiday with family or friends. It's close to Konyalti beach, and the place is clean. The staff were especially hospitable and quick to help whenever we needed information. I'd recommend this establishment without hesitation!
