Taurus Park Residence

The sea is only ten minutes away, which was a real pleasure, and the parking was great since you step straight out and into the apartment. We spent two months here, and it was the best place we’d stayed in five years. We were on the ground floor and arrived just as the large outdoor pool opened. I worked every day but still looked forward to a swim at lunchtime. The veranda was lovely too, especially since breakfast was served there only for the ground floor. Going out for a smoke, tea, or a chat was expensive. The building has gas, so making it warmer was no problem. The tangerines they grow are incredibly tasty, and closer to winter there are grapefruit, lemons, and oranges too. You can pick them and make breakfast. It’s beautiful here, and two people and a cat had everything we needed for happy times. The place is looked after by decent people. There are lots of cats, which is the only downside, though really it’s more of a plus. We liked one female cat a lot, but she had a strong personality and didn’t get along with our cat. Feeding and petting him is a joy. At night, a hedgehog sometimes wanders around. I don’t know where it hides, but I only saw it at night. In short, it’s a great place.
