Titanic Deluxe Lara

The hotel is incredibly clean, and maintenance teams are working to get it ready for the full season. We hadn't stayed at Titanic before, but my wife and I found everyone extremely friendly and helpful. The food is really good, with a wide range of options for everyone. Special thanks to waiter Ayse, guest relations Emre, and the man working at the beach bar, who was really good. Our room cleaner left us nice notes. We don't know her name, but thank you so much.

We came to Turkey for the first time to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and couldn't have picked a better hotel. The grounds, facilities, food, and hotel itself were absolutely immaculate. Our room had everything we needed for a luxurious stay. The staff were like angels, all so happy and willing to help with anything. Special mention to Ergin, who made our stay memorable by spending time chatting with us.

We spent a week here in November and would probably come back. The heated outdoor pool was great, and good weather meant we could swim every day. Buffet food was generally good, while the pizzas at the Italian beach bar were excellent. Reception responded quickly when we asked for extra items, and I liked the WhatsApp welcome and service. Most staff were friendly and helpful. The minibar was restocked reliably, the on-site facilities were very good, and QR codes for activities, services, and menus were useful. Dinner at the Italian a la carte was excellent, both for service and food, a real five-star experience. A few things kept it from feeling quite five-star to us. The walls are paper thin. We could hear someone's alarm and snoring, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. My wife got food poisoning and was quite ill for 48 hours, so be careful with the buffet. There was no iron in the room, and the beer selection could be better. Flies and smokers around the eating areas were sometimes annoying. Two staff interactions were especially disappointing. Damla wouldn't serve us drinks two minutes before breakfast ended, though other tables were still being served. Berk's service was also poor. We had to get up and ask him for breakfast drinks, and finished eating before he served us, even though people who arrived much later got served. We also felt pressured to leave a five-star review. A representative approached us while we were sunbathing and tried to persuade us after we answered politely that we'd had a good trip. Then we got a call to our room the evening before checkout reminding us to leave a review. Guests shouldn't feel pressured to review the hotel. I also question some reviews' authenticity, since recent ones mentioned the aqua park, which is closed in winter. The hotel has good facilities, food, and location, and is better than four-star, but in our view still needs work to deliver a true five-star stay.

We chose Titanic Deluxe Lara Hotel in Turkey for our first family holiday, and we're so glad we did. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were wonderful, the food excellent, and the hotel very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We had an amazing experience, and would highly recommend it. We'll definitely return!
