Affordable hotel in a nice location, very close to the beach.

The receptionist Anna was the only decent person in this building. Management should be ashamed. I wouldn't give this place a single dollar. I felt completely scammed. The Expedia photos bear no resemblance to reality. I got a filthy, closet-sized room that reeked of stale cigarettes. Someone else's hair covered the shower, mold was growing inside the fridge, dust coated every surface, and the balcony door had no lock. I was sleeping in a dirty, unsecured room that had been falsely advertised. I raised it with Expedia, who had booked the stay. Their representatives spent 72 hours trying to reach hotel management by phone and email. Management was reachable, the receptionist confirmed she was talking to them, but they deliberately ignored every attempt. They just didn't care. This didn't feel like one bad day or an isolated issue. To me, this is a hotel knowingly misleading guests with fake photos, allowing unsafe and unsanitary conditions, then avoiding accountability through its no-refund policy. I'm now pursuing a formal dispute with my bank.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the restaurant's à la carte food was delicious at very reasonable prices. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere made me like it very much. Thank you. The hotel has modern, very clean rooms and seems completely renovated. There's a spacious lobby with a café-bar and seating area facing the main street, and parking is available.

There was nothing good about this place except the transport connections. The pool is more like an ornamental pool, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the minibar was so noisy that I unplugged it. There was nothing in it anyway. The doors have to be slammed shut mechanically, and the room was only 10 square meters, barely enough room to breathe. I woke up the next morning without having slept. One of the worst experiences of my life. I didn't even try the breakfast and wouldn't recommend the place. They've turned a neighborhood building into a hotel.
