We had privacy in the apartment, enjoyed the mountain and ocean views, and could walk to the beach in a short time. The shuttle worked well in both directions and was quick and friendly. On arrival the card machine caused a payment problem, though it was sorted out the following day. A few things could use attention: the TV hangs down and I couldn't get it to stay upright, the pool ladder is loose, and the balcony door won't close despite having a lock and keys. The apartment was clean when we arrived and had the basics for a stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, spices, cooking gear, kettle, gas stove, fridge with freezer, iron and board, bidet, and clothesline. Overall it was totally fine, and we'd stay again if we came back.

The beach is only about a five-minute walk away. It's a nice, small apart hotel, and the management and reception are very friendly and try to sort out any problems. Our mattress wasn't very comfortable, but they replaced it with a new one that same day.

We've been here for over two months, heading into our third, and are still enjoying it. If there were a third bedroom, we would have stayed much longer. It's within walking distance of the beach, jogging spots, views, cafes, restaurants, and shops, while avoiding the busiest part of Konyaalti Beach. The place is very clean, quiet, and peaceful, unlike what some negative reviews suggest. Muzaffer, the caretaker, is attentive. We used more electricity than expected and offered to pay extra, but they refused.

We reserved the apartment in February 2021 for April and May, but rising Covid cases in Turkey and the government's eventual cancellation of flights meant we couldn't travel. I was still charged 700 euros even though there was no way for us to arrive. I explained the situation to the manager and asked if we could come after the lockdown ended and flights resumed. He said we could come later without paying more, although I was willing to pay extra for the summer season. When the time came, he kept saying he was looking for an available room. This went on for two months, then ended with no further feedback. That was not good behavior, especially during the pandemic.

The location is pleasant and the pool is well maintained, but there are cockroaches and rats.
