Even buying water was a problem. They wouldn't let us bring it in from outside, so we had to pay much more for it there. Drinks in general cost two to two and a half times the normal price. The meals were stale and awful, and the potatoes were old and tasteless. The room service was terrible: they didn't change the slippers or mattress covers, didn't vacuum, and wouldn't even provide or refill tissues. The bathroom still had hair from previous guests, and cleanliness seemed to be their lowest priority. Shampoo was poor, the soap was bad, the beds noisy, and the tiny pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. The internet was extremely weak and frustrating. This is the worst hotel we've ever seen, with new levels of stinginess and stupidity. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. There's a much cleaner, better hotel nearby.

The balcony view was the only nice thing about this place. The hotel felt more like a motel, and you aren't allowed to bring any food or drinks in, so you have to buy what they sell. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had. We had to wait two days for extra pillows, and the one flat, horrible pillow each of us got wasn't enough. Do not book.

Breakfast was stale bread, cold fried potatoes that had been reheated, and other products that weren't fresh. It wouldn't have been acceptable at a two-star hotel, let alone a four-star one. This morning, a staff member said, “I'm tired of these people here” in front of guests. That attitude toward customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. The room hygiene was just as bad: torn pillowcases and a rusty ceiling above the shower. For a place claiming four stars, the conditions were completely unacceptable. Cleanliness, food, and staff behavior were all extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your time or money.

The building looks great from the outside and has an international hotel style, but the staff need an attitude adjustment. When humidity was high, we tried to bring water up to our room and were refused. There was a kettle and a paper cup, but no coffee or tea. We left a do not disturb sign on the door, yet a handyman came in, used a sander, and left his rusty saw lying there. Complaining got us nowhere. The breakfast buffet didn't look appealing, so we skipped it on the second day. I'd give this place a miss and don't recommend it.
