The meals were the real standout for us, some of the best we had on the trip. Chef Tahsin is great at what he does, and he's warm and easy to talk to, pitching in with staff tasks and chatting naturally with guests. The hotel is new and family-run, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. We came as a large group and they went out of their way to make room for us. There’s still some construction in a few rooms, but ours was comfortable, with lovely views on both sides of the building. Don’t let the hotel’s size put you off. It’s become my new favourite place to stay in Ardanuç!
